Do you want to take responsibility, make a professional difference and develop sustainable solutions for our clients together with a committed team?

• You assess and underwrite new connections for our collective foundations and prepare needs-based offers
• You review connection applications and make well-founded acceptance decisions
• You act as a competent contact person for our sales team, our clients and partners
• You take professional responsibility for defined subject areas and actively contribute your know-how
• You ensure compliance with our quality standards and support the continuous optimisation of our processes
• You work cross-departmentally with various specialist units and help shape the further development of our services
• You engage in projects and working groups and contribute your ideas
• Optionally, you take on the role of trainer and accompany our junior talents

Your Experience

• Several years of professional experience in occupational pensions (BVG)
• A completed commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification
• Further training in social insurance, insurance industry or BVG is an advantage
• You work independently, solution-oriented and like to take responsibility
• You communicate confidently in German
