Your tasks
- Accompanying people with cognitive and psychological disabilities
- Individual support of people in the areas of living, leisure, and personal care
- Creative co-design of the diverse day-structure offerings
- Taking on cross-group tasks and project collaboration in the residential company
- Co-responsibility for the health department
- Administrative and organizational tasks
Your profile
- Completed training as a health or care specialist
- Open, innovative, and humorous personality
- Transparent and solution-oriented working style
- Resilience, flexibility, and conflict management skills
- Independent work with responsibility
- Good Microsoft 365 knowledge
- Willingness for evening shifts, night on-call duty, and weekend shifts
