Your profile interests us
With a lawyer’s certificate and at least five years’ experience in a legal counsel role, you combine legal expertise, advisory skills and an understanding of business challenges. You enjoy translating complex legal issues into clear, pragmatic and directly applicable recommendations.
An excellent writer, you demonstrate great summarising ability and effective communication. Your interpersonal skills enable you to build trusted partnerships and develop a strong network. Experience in the public sector as well as knowledge of English and German are advantages.
We offer you
Your main tasks within the legal and compliance department
- You provide your legal expertise and advise the Real Estate division in the fields of construction law, property rights and tenancy law, particularly by supporting it on the legal aspects of its development projects, in establishing relationships with external service providers, in negotiations, etc.
- You participate in monitoring real estate litigation when the procedure is entrusted to a representative and occasionally represent the Fund in real estate litigation proceedings
- You contribute to defining a legal policy in real estate matters and propose necessary adaptations to regulatory and contractual provisions
- You participate in legal monitoring and follow the evolution of the legal framework in your field of activity
