Polymechanic – CNC Manufacturing with Heidenhain Control

Tasks

Independently set up, operate and monitor CNC milling machines
Manufacture single parts and small series according to drawings
Create CNC programmes and adapt them on Heidenhain
Perform dimensional and quality inspections during the manufacturing process
Continuously improve manufacturing processes and set up machines

Requirements

Apprenticeship as a polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ or equivalent training
Experience in CNC machining with a focus on milling
Experience with Heidenhain controls
Confidently interpret and implement technical drawings
Knowledge of metrology and quality inspection
