Portrait of the School/Institution
The municipal association Schule Zollbrück unites the primary schools of the municipalities Lauperswil and Rüderswil. A total of 26 classes from cycles 1-3 are taught at six school locations. The faculty consists of around 80 teachers.
To complement the school management team, we are looking for a leader responsible for the area of regular school measures starting 01.08.2026.

Tasks
As Head of Regular School Measures, you take on the operational and pedagogical leadership of special education and integrative support of the municipal association. In this role, you are particularly responsible for the following areas: personnel recruitment, personnel development, personnel retention and development of the MR team, quality development and assurance, allocation and management of the MR pool, management of the eU and bVSA files.
As part of the school management conference, you also support and advise the site managers on matters related to regular school measures.
Requirements
You have a special education training, have successfully completed school management training or are willing to complete it. Ideally, you have several years of practical experience in a leadership position and in special education. Furthermore, you are a balanced and beneficial personality with assertiveness and high social competence, who approaches change and development processes with motivation and implements them purposefully. Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills are additional competencies that distinguish you. Thanks to your enthusiasm for innovation, high commitment, and flexibility, you see the further development of primary school as a positive challenge.

You will be employed according to cantonal guidelines and will find a well-developed infrastructure and an exciting environment. Through regular exchange and collaboration in the school management conference (with the school managements of the other school locations) as well as support from the overall school management, you can count on broad backing. In addition to the management function, we offer a position with teaching activity (IF) of up to 13 lessons.
