Head of Sausage Production & Procurement (80-100%)

Job Description

• Professional leadership and motivation of the team.
• Responsibility for the timely and quantity-appropriate delivery of products.
• Ensuring compliance with operational and safety regulations.
• Monitoring and implementation of all hygiene requirements.
• Responsibility for inventory management.
• Identifying and reducing types of waste using lean tools as well as continuous process optimisation.

We Expect

• Several years of professional experience in meat processing, ideally in sausage production.
• Completed apprenticeship as a meat specialist EFZ.
• Very good German skills, French skills are an advantage.
• Independent and responsible working style as well as good physical condition (mandatory).
• Flexibility, teamwork, and resilience (mandatory).
