Mandate Manager Real Estate (m/f/d)
Role:
The company is an established Swiss fiduciary and consulting firm with comprehensive expertise in finance and accounting, tax consulting, real estate management, as well as business services. With many years of experience and high professional competence, it supports companies, private individuals, and institutional clients with financial, administrative, and strategic issues.
Responsibilities:
You manage a real estate portfolio and take on the professional and operational leadership of the property management team.
You are responsible for initial and re-lettings including rent structuring, contract conclusions, and property handovers.
You oversee the commercial, technical, and financial management including budgeting, service charge accounting, and debt collection.
You coordinate maintenance, renovation, and refurbishment work, ensuring quality, deadlines, and costs.
You prepare reports and market analyses, maintain communication with property owners, and drive process optimisations forward.
Qualifications:
Completed education or further training in the real estate sector.
Several years of professional experience in property management.
Sound knowledge of tenancy law as well as real estate accounting.
Independent, structured, and service-oriented working style.
Confident command of the German language.
