Customer Advisor for Private Customers Einsiedeln 80-100%
This is what your everyday life looks like
- To the heart of it: You convince people of CSS and turn them into customers.
- You advise them personally, by phone, email, or sometimes by video call – in very good German, and gladly in other languages as well.
- Thanks to you, our customer portfolio grows through cross- and upselling.
- You work closely with your colleagues and support each other in achieving common goals.
- Occasionally, you look beyond your immediate tasks and take on additional duties or project work.
This is what you bring with you
- First and foremost: It shows that you enjoy being with people – you approach them openly and your positive manner is infectious.
- A completed vocational training in the commercial sector, retail, or another exciting profession – ideally with customer contact.
- Ideally, you have experience in the health insurance industry and have already obtained the VBV certificate – if not, we will support you in doing so.
- You can respond well to your counterpart, listen attentively, and love to convince others in conversation with strong arguments.
- Digitalisation is not a foreign word to you – you are proficient with computers.
- You have a large network of contacts and preferably live in the region.
