About the job

You work 80-100% in Sulgen with the possibility to work partially remotely.

• You take on the constructive development and support of our cooling devices and accompany products and assemblies from the idea to production maturity.
• You represent the mechanical department in interdisciplinary projects and ensure the development of constructive solutions while adhering to quality, time, and cost requirements.
• You create manufacturing drawings, assembly documents, as well as technical documentation and manage these in the PDM system.
• You check your concepts and developments using functional models and prototypes in collaboration with prototype construction.
• As part of series development, you support and further develop the existing product range with a focus on quality and cost optimisation as well as standardisation.

• Your technical basic training as a designer with further education as a mechanical or systems engineer forms the basis for this exciting task.
• You have already gained several years of experience in the development environment and know the requirements of a manufacturing company.
• You bring very good 3D-CAD skills (Inventor) and are confident in handling PDM and ERP systems as well as MS Office.
• Ideally, you have knowledge in apparatus and device design.
• As a positive, proactive type, you convince with respectful and binding communication within the team and with interfaces.
• You work carefully, structured, and take responsibility for your tasks.
• Your German and English skills complete your profile.
