To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated individual for the German-speaking Switzerland region immediately to support demanding IT systems in the laboratory environment.
ICT Technician / System Specialist in Field Service (100%)
- Installation and configuration of our hardware and software solutions
- Support of our customers in the areas of network security, product installation, and maintenance
- Customization and documentation of customer projects
- Participation in tests of newly developed products
- Analysis and classification of incoming error reports
- Telephone support for our customers regarding inquiries about our IT solutions
- Remote support for software malfunctions
- Participation in technical product training for our IT solutions
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT specialist EFZ, or comparable qualification
- Experience in ICT support
- Knowledge in:
- Windows operating systems
- Network technologies
- Interfaces / protocols
- Computer hardware
- Team player with high customer orientation and solution-oriented working style
- Openness to new tasks and technologies
- Very good German and English skills; French skills are an advantage
