- You lead technical development projects in the field of secure communication (military / governmental)
- You work hands-on on the design, development, and validation of scalable network solutions
- You take on the technical leadership in the team and set the direction – pragmatic, well-founded, and solution-oriented
- You develop viable architectures and technical concepts together with system engineering
- You turn complex architectural decisions into clear, actionable requirements
- You bring structure to backlogs, prioritize sensibly, and ensure transparency
- You recognize potentials, think systems forward, and actively drive innovation
- Deep know-how in network technology – ideally with CISCO experience
- Experience with modern development approaches (Agile, Scrum, DevOps) and tools like GitLab, Git, or Jenkins
- A broad technical foundation and practical experience in:
- Software development (Linux, C, C++, Client-Server)
- Network technology (Routing, VPN, IPv6)
- A completed degree in computer science or business informatics
- Experience in requirements engineering
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Very good communication skills to convey complex matters clearly, structured, and appropriately for the audience
