Your area of responsibility
- Planning and conducting training sessions and webinars in the areas of Smart Building (KNX, gBUS) and Smart Home (BiLine, Matter) (80% field service)
Organization and implementation of training programs in German (French is an advantage) for internal employees as well as external customers, architects, electrical planners, and support teams. The training sessions are offered both in person and online to ensure maximum reach and flexibility.
- Maintain contact with the regions and gather and organize their needs regarding training and technical requirements
- Development and updating of training materials
- Development of further education programs and workshops
- Ensuring the quality of processes, projects, and databases
- Evaluation of training trends and new learning technologies

What you bring
- Education: compulsory school education
- Vocational training: EFZ electrician, electromechanic, automation technician, electronics technician
- Additional training: Preferably building technician HF, KNX certification
- Work experience: at least 5 years
- Knowledge: Experience with KNX or other bus systems
- Languages: very good knowledge of German, French, and English is an advantage
- Driver's license category B
