YOUR MAIN TASKS
In the fascinating setting of our exhibition, you will be the first point of contact for clients, architects, and contractors. Your passion for interior design enables you to help our clients develop their concepts for floor coverings (tiles and parquet).
Your talent for sales and advice is expressed both in person and on the phone. You provide technical information, prepare offers and orders, and ensure their follow-up. With your creativity, you also contribute to the design and optimisation of our exhibition.
In close collaboration with our sales team, you cultivate personal relationships with clients and support the internal and external sales service in customer service.
YOUR PROFILE
You have a Federal VET Diploma in commerce or construction and appreciate the construction sector. Ideally, you have experience in sales and customer advice; knowledge or an affinity with tiling and parquet is desired and will facilitate your introduction. We seek a neat, customer-oriented, and passionate person. You enjoy contact with people and possess a high degree of autonomy and stress resistance. Good IT skills (MS Office, SAP, CRM) are an important asset, as well as fluency in French and good knowledge of German. Together with your colleagues, you prioritise common success and are also a valued contact within the company.
