Development Engineer for Vehicle Construction and Special Projects (80-100%)

Would you like to contribute your technical know-how to our team and independently develop and design demanding, customised solutions as well as innovative products for vehicle construction and special projects?

What you can achieve with us:

• You support sales with technical clarifications and work closely with order management, purchasing and our production. You develop and design demanding technical solutions, complex assemblies and innovative products for vehicle construction and special projects.
• You develop and evaluate technical concepts, carry out calculations and feasibility studies, and accompany development and approval processes.
• You are responsible for the technical elaboration as well as the complete product documentation including manufacturing, operating, maintenance and spare parts documents.
• You support sales with technical customer enquiries and work closely with order management, our customers and the involved specialist departments.

What you bring with you:

• You have a technical basic education as a draftsman EFZ or a comparable qualification, supplemented by further training as an engineer FH, technician HF or an equivalent qualification in the field of mechanical engineering or vehicle technology.
• You bring several years of experience in the development and design of demanding technical solutions and work independently, analytically and solution-oriented.
• You have sound knowledge in mechanical design, technical calculations and 3D-CAD, preferably with Autodesk Inventor.
• You communicate confidently in German and ideally have good English or French skills.
