Your Profile
- Completed training in the main construction trade, landscaping, or extensive experience in construction
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented
- Experience as a machine operator, foreman, or team leader is an advantage – but not mandatory
- Team player with drive and a sense of responsibility
Your Tasks
- You operate the most modern machines
- You lead small teams directly on the construction site
- You coordinate, pitch in, and keep an overview
- You ensure that quality, safety, and deadlines are met
