We are looking for an employee for a fixed-term contract with a duration of three years for the sector of supplementary family care (SMA). The SMA is the supervisory authority for supplementary family day care facilities and is responsible for their assessment, approval, supervision and advice. Your tasks
- Assessment, approval and supervision of supplementary family day care facilities in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Ordinance on the Admission of Foster Children
- Information and advice for supplementary family day care facilities
Desired profile
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Social Work or an equivalent recognised qualification
- Professional experience and/or sound knowledge in the field of supplementary family day care facilities
- Interest in child protection
- Ability to analyse complex situations
- Sense of organisation, high resilience, ability to work in a team
- Good editorial skills
- Driving licence required
- Perfect command of the German language, spoken and written, as well as very good knowledge of the French language
