Responsibilities
Accommodation and facilities coordination
- Acting as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders to assess and organise the logistics of UEFA-organised meetings and conferences
- Planning and coordinating reservations for accommodation and meeting facilities, ensuring all aspects (technical equipment, catering and transport) are aligned with event specifications and quality standards
- Overseeing and aligning timelines and deliverables to ensure full operational readiness and strict adherence to UEFA standards
Event execution and on-site presence
- Representing the coordination function on-site at meetings and conferences, overseeing logistics and resolving issues in real time
- Ensuring seamless event delivery by monitoring service providers, verifying set-ups and maintaining adherence to schedules and quality expectations
Partner and supplier relations
- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with UEFA partners and suppliers, including hotels, restaurants, transport providers and other vendors
- Negotiating and securing favourable terms with suppliers, balancing cost efficiency with high service standards
- Monitoring supplier performance and implementing continuous improvements to enhance event quality and stakeholder satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience
- More than five years of experience in a similar position in the hotel or tourism industry or similar
- Education
- Degree in hospitality or tourism would be an asset
- Languages
- English / Advanced
- French / Advanced
- Knowledge of any other European languages would be an asset
- Other
- Service-oriented and solution-focused approach
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively across teams
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultures and with a wide range of clients
- Skilled in prioritising workload to meet deadlines
- Strong organisational skills
- Solid understanding of the event, hotel and travel industries
- Comfortable working with figures and data
