Your new job

• Developing the product strategy for the "Lending Solutions" area, aligning it with the overall bank strategy and ensuring the market success of our credit solutions
• Managing the entire product lifecycle of credit and financing solutions and overseeing the associated advisory tools: from the idea to stable operation ("Run the Bank") including continuous improvement
• Prioritising the backlog together with the Product Owner and Business Owner, defining business requirements with specialist departments and sales, coordinating implementation
• Providing professional leadership to employees in the "Lending Solutions" product area, project management, and close collaboration with IT, sales, advisory and risk
• Analysing market trends, customer needs and competition in the credit and financing market, identifying opportunities and risks and deriving measures
• Reviewing and supporting innovations, new technologies and business models in the credit business
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, risk and credit guidelines as well as regulatory requirements
• Stakeholder management and communication of status, milestones and challenges to management and relevant stakeholders

What we benefit from

• University degree, supplemented by banking-related training or further education.
• Several years of experience in product management and product development of credit and financing solutions in the financial industry, with end-to-end responsibility and life-cycle management across various customer segments.
• Sound expertise in project and process management (both traditional and agile) as well as the use of modern methods and tools (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, Continuous Improvement, quality assurance).
• Very good understanding of business contexts as well as market and customer needs; familiarity with regulatory requirements in the Swiss financial market (e.g. FINMA)
• Leadership personality with experience in professional team leadership, development of specialist skills and optimal deployment of employees and resources
• Highly developed analytical and conceptual skills, structured and solution-oriented working style as well as broad experience in moderation, presentation and conducting workshops
• High social competence, confident appearance, targeted communication skills and the ability to mediate different interests and lead to viable solutions
• High degree of initiative, sense of responsibility and reliability, combined with enthusiasm, assertiveness and openness to change and continuous learning
