Tasks to be done
- Responsibility for all matters concerning the Spitex assignment
- Participation in the further development and expansion of our Spitex services
- Independent case management
- Carrying out operational and administrative tasks in everyday Spitex work
- Coordination of services to promote constructive interdisciplinary collaboration
- Taking on daily responsibility
- Support with medication management
What we expect from you
- Completed training as a HF/FH nursing specialist
- Experience in Spitex or outpatient care
- InterRAI HC Supervisor or willingness to complete the corresponding training
- Team spirit and collegial cooperation
- Openness and respect towards different lifestyles
- Enjoyment of work in somatic and psychiatric care
- Very good German skills (B2 or higher)
- Driving licence category B
