Business Application Specialist ERP (m/f/d)

Role:
Between the specialist department, software provider and system, you are the central expert. You independently design solutions in the Dynamics 365 environment. You contribute your experience to roll-outs in other companies. You accompany releases with a clear quality standard and ensure ongoing operations. You empower key users through practical training.
Responsibilities:
You independently design and implement solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
You act as a sparring partner for system-technical questions and definitions
You actively support roll-outs of additional clients
You are responsible for releases including quality management and coordinate the software providers
You ensure stable application operation
Additionally, you train key users on new functions and processes and participate in data migrations
Qualifications:
You have a degree from a university of applied sciences or university in business informatics or computer science, or extensive practical experience
You have hands-on knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, especially in supply chain management including WMS
You have experience with engineering change management and intercompany processes; finance knowledge is an advantage
You think analytically and conceptually and further develop solutions
You persist even with technical and organisational challenges
You communicate fluently in German and English and are familiar with common project methodologies
