The Solothurn Centre Oberwald Foundation supports, accompanies and promotes people with disabilities of all age groups as a result of congenital and acquired impairments, illnesses and accidents in a targeted and individual manner. This takes place at locations in Biberist and Zuchwil. Across the entire foundation, around 200 employees are consistently committed to preserving, further developing and regaining valuable skills – for an inclusive life and participation in society.

What to expect
- Handling the onboarding and offboarding process as well as personnel changes
- Accurate maintenance of all relevant personnel data in the designated software systems
- Timely and quality-compliant payroll processing
- Administrative handling and monitoring of all staff absences
- Administrative handling of social insurances and withholding tax declarations
- Preparation and management of statistics and evaluations as requested
- Implementation of system adjustments and optimisations of the HR systems
- Participation in working/project groups in the development of concepts, methods and standards to improve the quality of HR processes
Your profile
- Commercial basic training (commercial clerk, commercial diploma, etc.) and further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in HR
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Confident in using MS Office
- Discreet, trustworthy and honest
- Independent, precise and structured, quick comprehension, team-oriented, flexible
- Service-oriented attitude combined with a healthy degree of assertiveness
