Property Manager for Commercial Properties, 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You will take over the independent management of a demanding portfolio of commercial properties, which occasionally also include apartments
• You will competently look after the tenants and coordinate all rental activities
• In addition, you will plan and supervise maintenance, renovation and refurbishment work
• You will also represent the owners' interests vis-à-vis tenants, craftsmen, authorities and external service providers
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have a commercial basic education and several years of experience in the management of commercial properties
• A further qualification as a property manager with a federal professional certificate is an advantage but not a requirement
• In addition, you communicate confidently in German; further language skills in French and/or Italian are welcome but not mandatory
• Do you enjoy working independently, solution-oriented and in a structured manner?
