For Jabil Manufacturing GmbH, we are seeking a Maintenance Specialist / Maintenance Mechanic for a temporary assignment at the Raron location.

As a Maintenance Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring the technical availability and reliability of our production equipment:

• Troubleshooting and repairs on CNC machines and production equipment

• Restarting machines after faults or modifications

• Performing preventive maintenance to ensure trouble-free operation

  • Oil changes

  • Filter changes

  • Measurement and inspection of machine components

• Optimising equipment availability through systematic maintenance schedules

• Supporting the installation, commissioning, and relocation (re-positioning) of CNC machines

• Active participation in the introduction of new products and production equipment

• Supporting the facility team with:

  • Maintenance work on the building

  • Minor repairs (mechanical and simple electrical)

• Documenting all maintenance, repair, and optimisation work in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements

• Completed training as a mechanic, polymechanic, maintenance mechanic, or equivalent

• Experience with CNC machines (operation and/or maintenance advantageous)

• Good knowledge of mechanics, basic knowledge of electrical systems advantageous

• Confident use of PC systems:

  • Windows applications

  • SAP (advantageous)

  • MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Structured and reliable working style with a strong quality orientation
