The Bruggwiesen Retirement and Care Centre in Effretikon offers a home to around 167 people in the third and fourth stages of life. We accompany and support the residents with respect for their individuality, life experience, and abilities. Our modern centre and the external residential group provide space for different living arrangements and various specialised care and support services. In total, we employ around 270 staff.

What you bring
- Completed training as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH
- Experience, interest, and insights in geriatric care
- Experience in applying and implementing the nursing process
- You enjoy working at night and remain calm even in complex situations.
- Willingness and flexibility to support change processes, embrace new things, and actively shape changes
- Flexibility in shift planning
- User knowledge of common Office tools
- Very good communication skills and a flair for good collaboration
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
