- Advise both private clients in the areas of pensions, property and casualty insurance, and small businesses with flexible solutions.
- Use digital and modern tools to provide personalised advice, both in person and online.
- You have strong personal motivation and perseverance; you remain calm even in difficult situations.
- You work independently and responsibly, but are also a collaborative person.
- You have an excellent command of Italian, both written and spoken; additional language skills are an advantage.
- You are empathetic and persuasive; ideally, you have some initial experience in client contact.
- You are willing to learn new things.
- You are comfortable with numbers.
- You have a strong personal network in the region.
- You have completed vocational training or hold a school-leaving certificate.
- You have a category B driving licence.
