About the job
Social counselling, conducting intake and advisory interviews (all custodial regimes) during incarceration, including ROS (risk-oriented sanction enforcement) with a focus on finances, social insurance, family, housing, work. Accompanying the incarcerated individuals during custodial releases, discharge preparations and resocialisation. Close cooperation with the referring authorities of the three different concordats (entire Switzerland). Drafting applications, custodial and final reports / preparation and coordination of custodial plans. Clarification of cost bearers. Interprofessional collaboration with internal (health service, administration, care and security service, work areas, etc.) and external specialist agencies (health centres, health insurance companies, social insurances, professional guardianships, social welfare offices, etc.)
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field with relevant professional experience. Ability and enthusiasm for shaping working relationships in the context of involuntariness. Positive attitude towards modern penal enforcement. Ability for systemic, solution- and resource-oriented methodological action. Ability to work efficiently, in a structured manner and to write with style. Independent working method and assertiveness. Flexible and resilient personality with high self- and social competence. Good IT and foreign language skills.
