Responsibilities:
You support SMEs with accounting, financial and tax challenges and develop solutions tailored to their operational needs.
You independently manage financial and payroll accounting and ensure professional and timely processing.
You prepare periodic financial statements and annual accounts, compile meaningful evaluations and derive relevant insights for your clients.
You handle tax returns for private individuals and companies and provide advisory support on tax law issues.
You maintain regular communication with your clients, identify optimisation opportunities in their financial processes and support them in further developing their processes.
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience in customer and mandate support at a fiduciary company.
You hold a Swiss federal certificate in fiduciary services or finance and accounting, or a qualification as a certified fiduciary expert.
Ideally, you have experience with the accounting software Abacus and quickly find your way around digital work environments.
You combine professional accuracy with a strong advisory and service orientation and want to create real added value for your clients.
You are a committed, resilient and team-oriented personality who communicates openly, approaches challenges positively and keeps an overview even in demanding situations.
