You are in training in the social field (ES, HES or equivalent) or hold a diploma in this field or are ready to complete the night watcher training?
You have a interest in working in a residential environment and supporting people?
Ideally, you have a first experience in a home or with vulnerable groups?
You have good listening skills, empathy and a sense of responsibility?
You are able to work independently and manage varied and crisis situations?
You are reliable, punctual and comfortable in human relations?

As part of a new integration measure with the DGEJ,

DÉMARCHE is looking for two for its new project Avec Toît based in Clarens,

The project consists of providing individualised support to about ten young adults around 18 years old and a temporary housing solution in our residence in Clarens while waiting to find accommodation. A socio-educational team made up of 2 social educators, a social worker and a housing specialist supervise these young people.

Your duties

• Ensure an active and caring presence with the residents
• Ensure respect for the living environment and internal rules
• Intervene appropriately in case of particular situations
• Pass on relevant information to the team
• Contribute to maintaining a calm and safe environment
