For a major player in industrial waste recovery and management, I am looking for a sorting agent:

Main roles and missions
- Orientation and reception: Guide trucks and drivers upon their arrival on site according to the nature of the materials transported.
- Flow management: Coordinate the entry and exit of goods with the weighing service.
- Sorting and recovery: Identify different types of materials (metals, cardboard, wood, plastics, general or special industrial waste) to ensure their recycling or disposal in compliance with standards.
- Safety and compliance: Ensure compliance with traffic rules, cleanliness, and safety instructions on site.
- Handling: Use lifting or construction machinery (often with a forklift licence).

Profile and skills sought
- Experience: Previous experience in a recycling centre, sorting centre or logistics/industrial environment is often required.
- Knowledge: Good knowledge of sorting channels and various recyclable materials.
- Physical and mental abilities: Good physical condition, rigour, responsiveness and stress resistance.
- Certifications: The forklift licence (operation of forklifts) is frequently required or recommended.
