Here, you are called upon as a technical organisational talent and doer. You possess manual skills, technical understanding, and keep an overview even with diverse tasks. Independent work, reliability, and a service-oriented approach characterise you. After thorough training, you will take on the following tasks
Your Area of Responsibility
- General caretaker duties
- Sprinkler maintenance
- Operation / monitoring of fire alarm systems
- Operation / monitoring of facade access systems (height safety)
- Operation / monitoring of building control systems
- Operation / monitoring of parking systems
- Independently carrying out minor repairs
- Organisation of key management
- Assistance with budget planning with property management
- Communication between tenants, administration, authorities, trades, etc.
- On-call duty, weekend and evening shifts
Your Qualifications and Skills
- Completed training in a technical or manual field, ideally with further training as a caretaker with a federal certificate of competence
- Experience in technical building maintenance and property upkeep
- Good knowledge in the areas of building technology, building services, and building security
- Manual dexterity and technical understanding
- Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
- Sense of responsibility and strong quality awareness
- Good organisational skills and a structured way of working
- Enjoyment in contact with employees, customers, and external service providers
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
