tasks

• you challenge, promote, organise, plan, coordinate and advise the employees in your team
• you also work closely with an interdisciplinary team as a member of the management board, regularly exchanging professional expertise
• as the case-leading specialist, you independently care for and advise clients
• the needs assessment, creating the care plan and managing the care process complete your demanding range of tasks
• the workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• you have completed training as a nurse HF / nurse HF (recognition by the SRK is required for foreign diplomas)
• you bring leadership experience and/or the willingness to complete appropriate further training
• a category B driving licence is important for this role
• do you consider yourself thoughtful, solution-oriented and proactive?
