Main tasks

• Secretariat: invoicing, preparing offers, filing, archives, correspondence and management of the supplies department • Reception: managing telephone calls and welcoming clients • Accounting: entering supplier invoices and monitoring client payments • HR: monitoring the employee lifecycle, managing hours, absences and salaries • Technical: tenders and consortium

Your profile

• School leaving certificate • Organisational skills and attention to detail • Interest in numbers • Proficiency with computer tools • Ability to work in a team • Good presentation
