Your Tasks
Management and sales of our used laser marking systems including the further development of an economical remarketing strategy.
Close cooperation with the Head of Service & Aftersales and his deputy and active support in strategic issues
Central contact person for products and service throughout the entire product lifecycle
Support and further development of the global retrofit business for marking lasers in close cooperation with internal and external partners
Continuous analysis, optimization and further development of after-sales processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
What We Are Looking For
Completed technical or business administration university degree (FH, Uni)
Strong customer and service orientation
Technical as well as business affinity
Analytical thinking and structured working style
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm
Fluent German in spoken and written form (at least C2 level)
Good English skills in spoken and written form (at least B2 level)
