The role involves repairing and painting locomotives and rail vehicles. In the company, you work in a dedicated team and apply complex painting processes using 2K systems. For our client, we are looking for a
Industrial Painter in 2-Shift Operation
Tasks
- Repairing and painting locomotives, rail vehicles, passenger carriages, and various components
- Sanding, blasting, filling, priming, and painting rolling stock
- Repairing and processing GRP parts
- Working with various 2K paint systems based on water and solvents
- Applying AirMix as well as conventional painting methods
- Active collaboration in a dedicated and well-coordinated team
Requirements
- Completed 3- or 4-year apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) as an automotive or industrial painter
- Experience in an industrial environment and painting large vehicles is an advantage
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
- Physical resilience and a reliable working style
- Enjoyment of teamwork and achieving goals together
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Confident use of IT programmes and digital tools
