Medical Scientific Liaison North and Eastern Switzerland
Location: North and Eastern Switzerland (Field Based)
As a Medical Scientific Liaison (MSL) for the German-speaking part of Switzerland, you are part of the Medical Affairs team and responsible for the scientific exchange with Key Opinion Leaders and Healthcare Professionals. You act as a competent contact person for medical-scientific questions and contribute to transferring current scientific findings into clinical practice.
In this position, you work closely with internal and external stakeholders and support the medical strategy by building sustainable scientific partnerships and conveying evidence-based information.
Your Responsibilities
Responsibility for the medical-scientific exchange regarding products in the areas of Therapeutic Dermatology and Injectable Aesthetics
Building and maintaining long-term scientific relationships with Healthcare Professionals and Key Opinion Leaders in the German-speaking part of Switzerland
Presentation and communication of scientific and medical content in one-on-one meetings, meetings and specialist events
Development and implementation of medical-scientific activities in line with the Medical Affairs strategy
Provision of well-founded medical information for internal and external stakeholders
Collaboration with Medical Affairs, Sales, Marketing and other cross-functional teams
Monitoring relevant scientific developments as well as the local healthcare market and deriving medical insights
Your Profile
Completed studies in Medicine, Pharmacy, Health Sciences or a comparable degree programme (MSc or PhD)
Professional experience in Medical Affairs within the pharmaceutical industry
Experience with biologics or systemic therapies, ideally in the fields of dermatology, immunology, allergology or related indications
Experience in developing and presenting scientific content for medical professionals
Strong communication, presentation and relationship management skills as well as experience in building professional networks
Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
High willingness to travel within Switzerland (approx. 80%)
