Workshop Team Leader / Workshop Coordinator
Your tasks
- Coordination of daily work in the workshop and ensuring a smooth workflow
- Technical support of the workshop team in technical questions and demanding diagnoses
- Allocation and monitoring of workshop orders in cooperation with customer service
- Support of the workshop manager in organising and planning workshop operations
- Productive participation in the workshop with a focus on mechanical and electronic diagnostic and repair work
- Independent handling and solving of technically demanding special cases
- Carrying out quality controls and ensuring professional execution of work
- Participation in the training and professional support of apprentices
Your profile
- Completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician EFZ
- Further training or willingness to undertake further training in the technical or organisational field (e.g. automotive diagnostician or workshop coordinator)
- High technical competence and enjoyment of diagnostics and demanding repair work
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong quality awareness and sense of responsibility
- Enjoyment in professionally supporting colleagues and passing on knowledge
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Driving licence category B
