For the Building Technology section, we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Planning of complex building technology systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, drinking water, water treatment, wastewater, compressed air, sanitary installations, lifting equipment as well as elevator and crane systems) for our large research facilities, laboratories, and buildings
- Determining requirements with users and developing optimized solutions considering costs, energy efficiency, and operation
- Tendering, awarding, construction management as well as acceptance and optimization during operation
- Engineering and project management for renovations, repurposing, or expansions/modifications
- Client representation and quality assurance for new construction projects
- Implementation of energetic operational optimizations
Your profile
- HVAC or mechanical engineer (Bachelor or FH)
- Solid knowledge in fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and mechanics
- Several years of experience and proven expertise in the design and execution of complex HVAC systems or plant construction
- Experience in the technical and organizational management of infrastructure projects
- Enjoyment of technical challenges, analytical and solution-oriented thinking
- Good communication skills, organizational talent, and an independent working style
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills complete your profile
