For the long-term development of the EAM Germany team, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic client advisor-business developer (m/f/d) for the acquisition and support of intermediaries in our target market Germany.
Tasks:
- Building a client portfolio through the acquisition of intermediaries in Germany (licensed EAMs, MFOs & KVGs) for LGT Bank AG in Vaduz.
- Advising and supporting intermediaries on an equal footing and assisting in the realisation of their entrepreneurial goals.
- Continuous development and management of the client portfolio.
- Presentation of suitable solutions and implementation with intermediaries in the sense of professional project management.
- Compliance with all regulations, guidelines and standards as a contribution to an effective risk culture.
- Further development of the existing product & service portfolio.
- Contribution to the establishment of a new support unit in our intermediaries business field.
- Completed business administration studies and/or banking training with relevant additional qualifications.
- Several years of experience in the EAM business, fund distribution or a multi-family office.
- Seniority in the support of wealth management clients or in dealing with a demanding professional or institutional clientele.
- Very good knowledge of financial products as well as strong communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Solid know-how in risk management & compliance as well as experience in project management.
- Team-oriented, responsible and proactive personality with a winning manner, social competence and empathy.
- High service and result orientation, negotiation skills and the clear goal of providing clients with an above-average advisory experience.
