Specialist BGM (m/f/d)

What to expect

In this position, you are part of XpertCenter AG, a subsidiary of Mobiliar. Together with your team, you advise our customers and actively optimise and shape their working conditions within the framework of occupational health management. 

Your impact with us

You comprehensively advise and support customers in planning and implementing BGM measures such as mental health and other exciting fields. You conduct presentations and workshops for customers, mainly in Romandy.

You actively contribute to the development of BGM services (e.g. energy management, building systematic BGM, etc.) and digital offerings.

Together with the team, you work on expanding BGM within the Mobiliar group and share responsibility for establishing and expanding the service in Romandy.

Your profile:

• Completed studies in work and organisational psychology, health sciences or similar fields
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the field of BGM/prevention, frequent delivery of presentations and workshops
• Team player, good awareness of your strengths and enjoyment of shared successes
• Ability to clearly present complex issues in written and graphical form
• Creative and communicative personality with high initiative and a flair for interdisciplinary collaboration
• French as mother tongue with good German language skills, any additional foreign language is an advantage
