Your Tasks

• You support patients in finding a way out of crisis towards more quality of life and self-determination
• You actively contribute yourself and your knowledge to the multiprofessional team, broaden your own horizons and learn to recognise and treat the entire spectrum of mental disorders
• You make an important contribution to psychiatric primary care in the Biel region
• You take on the therapeutic and medical case management of adult patients under senior physician supervision
• You are responsible for the admission, diagnosis and therapy of patients and work in a multiprofessional team
• You participate in the psychiatric-psychosomatic consultation service at the SZB hospital as well as in on-call duties

Your Profile

• You have a medical diploma recognised in Switzerland or a professional practice permit (MEBEKO)
• You are in specialist training
• You are characterised by a high level of commitment, are flexible, willing to perform and maintain an open, communicative approach with patients and team members
• You enjoy working with mentally ill adults
• You have good oral and written knowledge of German and French at least at C1 level
