What is my role?

Our client, a Swiss family business in the northern agglomeration of Baden, needs support in the Project Manager Sales team. You will take on the following tasks:

• Support of project managers in daily operational business

• Recording of packaging approvals and packaging disposals

• Recording of complaints and statements according to specifications

• Subsequent invoicing and credit notes

• Creation of sales statistics

• Sample dispatch

• Support in internal projects

• Various general tasks

• Opportunity for further development

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed commercial vocational training

• Networked and structured working and thinking style

• Strong customer and service orientation

• Committed personality with good MS Office skills and openness to different areas of responsibility

• Very good German skills and English skills (at least B1)

• Reliable, team-oriented personality with a good sense of priorities
