For an established and quality-oriented Spitex organisation in the Canton of Zurich, we are looking for a motivated Health Specialist EFZ for a temporary position (60-100%) starting immediately or by arrangement. In this exciting role, you will apply your expertise purposefully, work independently, and support people individually in their familiar environment. Your Tasks

With your high level of expertise and strong sense of responsibility, you implement medical and nursing measures - oriented towards the latest quality standards and always adapted to the individual needs of our clients.
As a communicative interface, you ensure efficient coordination with relatives, medical teams, and external specialists, and you coordinate all processes in daily care in a structured and reliable manner.
Your daily work is characterised by empathy, commitment, and reliability - thus you offer our clients personal support and actively promote their quality of life.
Based on a comprehensive understanding of care, you create individual care plans that are tailored to the current life situation as well as existing resources and needs.
You carefully document all nursing interventions and record them digitally - thus ensuring seamless traceability and making a decisive contribution to sustainable quality assurance in care.

Our Requirements

Your completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ and your solid professional experience in the Spitex sector form the solid foundation of your nursing expertise.
You are characterised by efficient and goal-oriented work - thanks to your structured way of thinking and clear communication, you actively contribute to a harmonious team environment and a trusting relationship with our clients.
Even in challenging moments, you remain calm and flexible - with your strong personality, you act prudently, always keep an overview, and ensure service-oriented care.
You are proficient in using common digital tools such as Outlook and Word - which you use efficiently for organisation and documentation in daily care.
Through your independent working style, reliability, and strong sense of duty, you ensure careful and structured execution of all nursing tasks.
With your category B driving licence, you are flexible on the move - enabling you to independently and punctually carry out your assignments in the mobile Spitex service in the Canton of Zurich.
