- Independent, targeted and proactive handling of complex benefit cases in the BVG (disability and death)
- In-depth legal, medical and economic assessment of benefit claims
- Coordination and correspondence with insured persons, doctors, lawyers, authorities, health or accident insurers and disability insurance
- Collaboration with internal trusted doctors, case managers and the legal department
- With your curious and constructive nature, you actively shape positive change, including technical aspects if you are interested

- You have drive, a positive mindset and a sense of humour
- You show courage and are decisive
- You are characterised by a strong customer orientation
- Several years of professional experience in claims handling, preferably in the claims area of a social insurance, is a prerequisite
- Completed commercial or equivalent training or training in the medical field
- You enjoy communication and have confident negotiation skills
- Fluent German and French, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Italian is an advantage
