Solid training and further education as a cook, has gone through all positions of the renowned kitchen and has already successfully proven his skills as head chef. Enjoys an innovative, seasonal, modern kitchen without giving up classic elements. Is creative and open to new things, is confident in calculations and manages purchasing efficiently and considering seasonal offers, is willing to commit, has leadership experience, is resilient, flexible and eager to work.
