Your Tasks

• You accompany residents with great empathy and dedicated care to sustainably promote and improve their quality of life.
• You independently take on diverse domestic tasks and ensure a smooth process through careful organisation of medication.
• You support a harmonious and respectful working atmosphere through your active participation in constructive and collegial teamwork.
• The expert supervision and support of trainees also belongs to your area of responsibility, whereby you specifically promote their personal and professional development.

• Your solid professional foundation is based on successfully completed training as a Health Specialist (FaGe) EFZ.
• You approach elderly people with great respect and pronounced empathy, recognise their individual needs and support them purposefully.
• Flexibility and an independent working style characterise you, and you tackle challenges with a committed and solution-oriented attitude to achieve the best possible results.
