Your tasks and prospects

Independent responsibility for patient care in simple patient situations and in tandem in complex patient situations in the Eye Clinic, Neurosurgery, ENT and Neurology
Primarily deployed in the areas of care and support
Ensuring high-quality care taking into account current, evidence-based treatment and care concepts
Participation in the guidance and support of trainees as well as new employees in everyday nursing
Active shaping of a lively, positive and dynamic team and clinic culture in which everyone can contribute their strengths
What you bring to this position
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in the acute sector, preferably in a surgical specialty
- Strong social and communication skills
- Flexible, proactive personality with good organisational skills and clear prioritisation
