About the job

Casa Depuoz is a social institution for children, adolescents and young adults with special learning and care needs. In the field of integrative and separate special education, we are committed to our approximately 35 pupils aged 6 to 18 years. We accompany, support and care for them during this important phase of life.

At the beginning of the coming school year, we are opening two new special school departments with about 6 pupils each on the premises of the regular school in Tamins. A visionary project in the educational landscape.

For the 2026/2027 school year, we are looking for a speech therapist for our special school departments (kindergarten and primary school) (approx. 10 lessons/week, workload approx. 40%)

The workload can be supplemented by a position at the regular school Tamins (5 – 7 lessons/week, workload approx. 25%) – part-time positions possible.

For these positions, we are looking for active, innovative and committed speech therapy staff.

Your tasks:

• Respectful interaction with children as well as support-oriented work for and with the pupils
• Recognising abilities and competencies and working purposefully with the children
• Recording the current status and creating a derived support plan
• Designing an active, inspiring and flexible therapy for the individual children
• Collaboration with the special education teachers of the special school departments and regular classes
• Writing assessment and therapy reports
• Accompanying and advising parents and teachers
• Participation in coordination and team meetings as well as in institutional and school activities

We expect:

• A completed training as a qualified speech therapist, ideally with professional experience
• Passion for the role as a speech therapist and motivation in dealing with our pupils
• Creativity, flexibility but also resilience as well as enjoyment of teamwork
