- You handle telephone inquiries regarding occupational pension plans, life, accident, and daily sickness benefits insurance and process them solution-oriented
- You respond to customer inquiries via email as well as through digital channels such as WhatsApp and iMessage
- You professionally forward consultation and offer requests and handle complaints solution-oriented. You contribute to the continuous optimization of our processes – with the goal of continuously increasing customer satisfaction
- You work closely with other departments to handle concerns efficiently and holistically
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification
- You bring professional experience in the social insurance sector (especially knowledge in occupational pension plans is an advantage)
- You communicate confidently in German and have very good French or Italian skills in spoken and written form
- You enjoy working with digital tools and are proficient in using MS Office products
- You work in a structured manner, quickly recognize connections, and approach tasks proactively
- You are a team player, resilient, and have a strong customer and service orientation
