Your Tasks
In this exciting role, you will take on the independent management of the entire administrative Employee Life Cycle (excluding payroll). This includes in particular:
- Processing of entries and exits, contract management, and changes
- Advising employees and supervisors on payroll-related, social security, and approval law issues
- Managing and monitoring absences within the framework of accident and sickness management (UKA)
- Maintaining and managing daily time recording
- Ensuring legally compliant HR documentation and filing
- Managing various HR tools (e.g. eDossier, time recording, Swiss+)
- Supporting our commercial trainees
- Assisting and partially substituting for the HR Business Partners
Your Profile
- Completed commercial basic training
- Further training in the field of Human Resources (completed or in training)
- Professional experience in personnel administration, ideally in an industrial environment
- Good MS Office skills; experience with SAP HCM is an advantage
- Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
- Precise, service-oriented, and independent working style
- Ability to build good relationships with various stakeholders
- Healthy assertiveness combined with patience
