- Carry out dimensional and aesthetic checks of components
- Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing manufacturing methods and tooling realisation
- Perform production stamping and monitor daily production indicators
- CFC in the field of mechanics or equivalent training
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
- Experience in CNC grinding, lapping, and satin finishing in the watchmaking sector would be an asset
- Knowledge of programming (knowledge of Gibbs software would be an asset)
- Proficiency with control equipment and reading plans
- Proven experience in machining: turning and milling
- Rigorous, organised person with a good team spirit
